Beyond her clinical and academic achievements, Dr. Alexis Selli demonstrated exceptional leadership in community service, organizing and leading outreach efforts, including the RAM Clinic for free dental care and international missions to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Panamá. As Student Liaison at the SNDA FreeD.O.M. Endodontic Clinic, Alexis managed student operations, supervised faculty-guided procedures, and ensured efficient clinic operation and management.
Dr. Selli founded Smile at Veterans, leading the FreeD.O.M. clinic to provide comprehensive dental care for U.S. veterans. She has driven advocacy for improved access, dental education, and student debt relief, organizing initiatives like Dentists’ Day on the Hill. Alexis tutored students and led volunteer efforts for school events, including orientation and acceptance. She serves as an admissions committee member, interviewer, ambassador, and tour guide. Additionally, Alexis mentored first-generation and underserved pre-health and pre-dental students through enrichment programs.
