Dr. Alexandra Wyluda exemplifies compassion, motivational leadership, and clinical maturity. Her dedication to serving vulnerable populations has been evident from the outset. Alexandra initiated a health outreach program in underserved communities and volunteered regularly at the free clinic. She has continually demonstrated a profound and enduring commitment to helping others, including developing mental health workshops for immigrant families.
Alexandra was highly collaborative and collegial, co-facilitated interdisciplinary case conferences, and led effective teamwork during community health fairs. During her training at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-AZ, she organized and participated in nearly every service event, most notably coordinating the annual vaccination drive.
Dr. Wyluda’s ability to collaborate with peers, faculty, and staff is exemplary, as shown by her skillful mediation of conflicts within student project teams. She is a dedicated learner who consistently seeks feedback on her clinical skills and consistently demonstrates integrity.
