Dr. Davarion David

During his time at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Davarion David was a mentor and resource for others. During his first year of dental school, Dr. Davarion became heavily involved in our campus’s SNDA, an organization that works to increase diversity in dentistry through community outreach.

Davarion has worked internally, creating social events for students to fellowship, organizing street cleanups, organizing mentorship opportunities for undergraduate students, and promoting health education at elementary schools and the Boys and Girls Club. Dr. David spent time serving hot meals at the men’s shelter of Durham and delivering free dental care to uninsured patients at a student-run clinic in Durham on Tuesday nights after school. One of his greatest compliments during his time at UNC came from someone who said they could see the compassion and care he showed his patients.

Dr. Davarion David is a passionate and dedicated provider who consistently demonstrates excellence in patient care, both within and beyond the clinical setting.
