Dr. Connor Iacomini

Dr. Connor Iacomini’s dedication to local and global oral health initiatives is a testament to his exceptional character and unwavering work ethic. He actively served at the Del Rio Wheelchair Mission, where he supported individuals with disabilities, and the Communities Under the Bridge Clinic, which provided essential care to the unhoused and unemployed. Furthermore, his involvement in the biannual San Antonio Refugee Health Clinic (SARHC) and the Texas Mission of Mercy underscores his steadfast commitment to serving Texas’s most vulnerable populations.

Dr. Iacomini’s remarkable impact extends well beyond these local efforts. He has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment to his community's well-being. As a leader and organizer of multiple global oral health initiatives in the Dominican Republic, he participated in four annual trips and coordinated student teams. During one of these trips, he played a crucial role in assisting with forensic dentistry. During his time at the UT San Antonio School of Dentistry, Connor excelled in leadership, service learning, and interprofessional collaboration, with a strong focus on advancing oral health care at both the local and global levels.

Dr. Iacomini possesses a profound understanding of quality education and consistently upholds the highest ethical standards. His accountability and adaptability in dentistry are truly unparalleled. His passion for service engagement is evident as he embodies the spirit of humanitarian leadership. Dr. Connor Iacomini continually seeks to uplift those around him, making him an outstanding candidate for ADI’s Servant Leadership Award. He will be practicing general dentistry in Abilene, Texas.
