Dr. Tiffany Kurian exemplifies compassionate leadership through her unwavering dedication to serving individuals with special health care needs and her relentless pursuit of advancing access to oral health care for underserved populations. As President of the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, Special Care Dentistry Association, Tiffany led initiatives to raise awareness, organized outreach programs, spearheaded educational workshops, and collaborated with local organizations to advocate for patients with special needs. Her fundraising efforts have directly supported treatment for those who otherwise would not have access to care.

Tiffany's commitment to service is further evidenced by her extensive volunteer work with the Sonríe Clinic and North Carolina Missions of Mercy, where she provided compassionate, comprehensive care to migrant farm workers, uninsured individuals, and other vulnerable populations.

Beyond clinical care, Dr. Kurian contributed to impactful research focused on dental health policy and innovative strategies to improve access for patients with special health

care needs, presenting her findings at regional, national, and university research forums. Dr. Tiffany Kurian stands out as an exceptionally deserving recipient of the ADI Award.
